Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. All changes are self-serve through your billing dashboard — no need to contact support.

No. CMS data (star ratings, inspection results, staffing scores, quality measures) comes directly from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and cannot be modified by anyone on CareNav — including us. If you believe your CMS data is incorrect, you'll need to contact CMS directly through their official data correction process.

Yes. Facilities enrolled in groups of 2–5 receive a per-facility discount. For 6+ facilities, we offer custom volume pricing. Contact us at support@carenav.io to discuss your needs.

Search results are ranked by subscription tier first (Premium, then Pro, then Basic, then free listings), and within each tier by CMS rating and distance from the search location. This means a subscribed facility will appear above a non-subscribed facility in the same area, but all facilities — free and paid — are always visible in results.
