My family member has been treated horribly. A staff member called her names and told her to shut up. Never in my life would I care for somebody in this way.
Called to inquire if pets are allowed to visit but was unable to speak to a person. I was given the option to leave a message but with no idea to whom the message was going to.
Horrible how the staffing don’t care for their residents the right way. I wouldn’t put my family here.
