Many employees take good care of my mother. After I complained about her laundry getting lost, steps were taken so it won't happen again (hopefully).
They were very pleasant and attentive to my uncles needs. Instead of just placing his tray in front of him and leaving it they opened up things. Seasoned it, helped him get started it was so nice...
The staff is very caring and supportive! My mom is currently there for respite while I am out of town. I will be able to really relax knowing she is in safe hands!
