The memory care section of this facility has exceptional nursing staff, especially Jessica who can be seen regularly caring for the patients and their personal needs. She’s incredible!
I had an issue where my Mom’ clothes were missing. They were extremely helpful and all was found. My mom is very happy there and states “they treat me good here”.
My wife was there for two days and was mistreated by the night staff badly. I signed her out and took her to ER in Bassett hospital so they could see her and treat her for what is going on now , water...
The food leaves much to be desired! Poorly prepared and quality control is non-existant. The nursing staff is terrific for the most part and the PT dept. None Better!
Wonderful staff. The nurses, doctors, finance department, and social services work so well with each other and the patient to keep the patient safe and do what is needed for the best of the patient....
